Login at Betzillo: Sign In with 2FA

Login Methods

Betzillo uses a single email-and-password login that works across all products: the pokies catalogue, live casino tables powered by Evolution Gaming, sports markets for AFL and NRL, and the AUD cashier. There is no separate login for the sportsbook and no additional credentials for mobile access. If you registered with a PayID-linked email address, use that same address to sign in.

How to Log In Step by Step

Signing in to Betzillo follows the same process on any device. Enter your registered email address and password in the login form, then confirm any two-factor authentication code if you have enabled that feature.

PC Browser

Navigate to betzilloplay.com and click the login button in the top-right corner. Enter your email address and password, submit the form, and the account dashboard will load. If your browser has saved your credentials from a previous session, it may populate the fields automatically.

Mobile Browser

Open Safari (iPhone or iPad) or Chrome (Android) and navigate to betzilloplay.com. The login form renders in the same responsive layout used for game browsing. Tap each field to bring up the on-screen keyboard, enter your credentials carefully, and submit. Autocomplete can insert spaces or change capitalisation, so check the entries before tapping the sign-in button.

App

Betzillo does not offer a native app available through Google Play or the App Store. Mobile access is entirely through the responsive browser. If you have saved a home-screen shortcut on your Android or iPhone, tapping it opens betzilloplay.com in your browser, where the standard login form is available.

Can’t Log In? Solutions to Common Problems

Most login failures come down to one of four causes: an incorrect email address, an incorrect password, a locked account, or a temporary connection issue. Work through these in order before contacting support.

First, confirm that the email address in the field is the one you used during registration at betzilloplay.com. If you registered with a different address, the credentials will not match. Second, if your password is incorrect, use the forgotten-password link on the login screen to trigger a reset email. Third, if multiple failed attempts have locked the account temporarily, wait for the lockout period to clear or contact our team at [email protected]. Fourth, if the page does not load at all, check your internet connection and clear the browser cache before trying again.

Account Security

A secure login begins with a strong, unique password and continues with 2FA enabled. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication in your account security settings as soon as your account is created. Each new login from an unrecognised device will then require a verification code sent to your registered contact details, preventing unauthorised access even if your password is compromised.

Never share your password with anyone. Our support agents at [email protected] will never ask for your full password. If you receive a message claiming to be from Betzillo and requesting your credentials, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it through live chat.

Don’t Have an Account Yet?

Betzillo is open to Australian players aged 18 and over. Registration collects your name, email address, date of birth, contact number and account currency. Australia is supported as a player market with AUD as the account currency. The process takes a few minutes, and once complete your account gives you access to the casino, pokies and sportsbook under a single login. You can find the registration button at the top of the main website page. 18+ only. Please gamble responsibly.
